GISWEB application updates!

Did you notice? We've made a few interface tweaks to our flagship GISWEB application. Our philosophy on updating our apps is to keep changes minimal and incremental. The first change is to the top tabs above the map. This is purely a visual update to help those tabs stand out a bit more. We also enhanced the contrast a bit on some of the interface elements to help those stand out nicely as well. The next change to be on the lookout for is the ability to manipulate certain layers' transparency. This capability wasn't previously possible, but now you can set transparency on color-filled polygon layers. Check out the image below and then click on it to open up GISWEB and start exploring this new capability as you create your own maps of Santa Cruz County!
